This product is an all-steel construction with near invisible welded seams. Continuous seams penetrate the metal and ensure a weld that is virtually inseparable and rust deterrent. This product is prepared by sandblasting all mill scale from the steel. It then receives an application of corrosion-inhibiting iron phosphate, then powder coating. Next, it is oven-cured according to the standard specifications for powder-coat manufacturing. The result is the finest quality and finish available.
