12-Ft. Specialty Treated Wood Picnic Table - Heavy-Duty 2-3/8” OD Galvanized Metal Frame

douglas fir lumber table with one-piece welded end frame. Available in longer lengths for use in a shelter building or wherever an extra-long table is needed. Convenient ”walk-in” design with nothing to step over. Seats are attached, so there’s no tipping when one only side is being used. The tables slide easily for mowing and maintenance. The legs don’t stick out behind the seats for people to trip over.

The tables have five 2x10 treated planks (3 for the top and 1 for each seat). Planks are precision cut and the saw cuts rounded off.

The metal frame is made from hot-dipped galvanized 2-3/8” OD schedule 40 tubing. Top and seat supports are 3”x3”x3/16” steel angles. A unique center channel ties in the 3-board top to resist warpage, resulting in a flatter, stronger tabletop. The braces from the end frames attach to the center channel for added strength.

By adding extra frames, braces, and center channels, a table can be built to whatever length meets the particular situation.

Planks are available undrilled with lag screws or predrilled with carriage bolts. All fasteners are galvanized.
