Description
6-Ft. Heavy-Duty Deluxe Team Bench without Back
This is one of our most useful and attractive benches available today. This bench comes standard with a 15” wide seat. The seat is thermoplastic coated while frame is powder coated for durability and low maintenance.
Expanded metal is a form of metal stock that is made by shearing a metal plate in a press, so that the metal stretches, leaving diamond-shaped voids surrounded by interlinked bars of the metal.
Powder Coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to a wide range of materials and products that are utilized by both industry and consumers. The charged powder particles adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform, durable, high-quality, and attractive finish.
Thermoplastic coating is a new coating process that melts to form a fusion bonded coating, and then cools to produce superior physical properties.
