This product is all steel, with near-invisible weld seams. Continuous seams penetrate the metal and ensure a weld that is virtually inseparable and rust deterrent.
All mill scale is sandblasted from the steel, which then receives an application of corrosion-inhibiting iron phosphate. It then receives an electrostatically applied coating of powder, and is then oven-cured. The result is the finest quality and finish available.
