Description
These grills are ruggedly constructed for outdoor use. Outdoor cooking is a breeze with spring coil grips that help easily position the infinitely adjustable cooking grate at any height-even while the food is being cooked! The grate adjusts anywhere from the top of the coals to 12” above the bottom of the firebox. Grill is finished with high-temp non-toxic Black Powder Coated paint.
Other great features:
•Full 360-degree rotation in either direction, on theft-proof swivel attachment.
• Standard 3½” ODx40”-long base post for embedded installation.
• Tip-Back Grate: The grate tips back completely out of the firebox for easier fire building, yet remains attached and within convenient reach of the user. This also allows for easy clean-out by park maintenance personnel. The structurally reinforced grate makes these park grills virtually indestructible.
• Vandal-Resistant Cantilever Grate Design: The heavily constructed grate readily accepts punishment without failure. The handles are cantilevered to the plane of the grate, making it virtually indestructible. It will support the weight of two people standing on it, without sagging or bending.
• Double-Reinforced Firebox: The grill firebox is reinforced in 2 ways to protect it from oversized fires. First, the bottom is ring-reinforced to dissipate heat and prevent warpage. Second, the integral ash flange across the front edge, the back flange, and the side panel flares are all die-formed into the metal to provide increased field strength.
• Theft-Proof Base Attachment: The base attachment mechanism securely fastens the base to the grill and allows continuous rotation in either direction. Field installation is easily accomplished without any special tools. The connection is weatherproof and allows a close-fitting junction between the bottom of the grill box and the base to provide a stable cooking surface. Above all, once installed, the grill is secured to the base so that it is absolutely theft-proof.
Note: Grills and fire rings will need extra maintenance in corrosive environments such as the seashore.
